Reference to “Maximus” in these Terms of Use shall mean Maximus Sweden AB. By accessing and using the following websites, platforms or services offered by Maximus (the “websites”) you agree to comply with all applicable laws.

1. Except as otherwise noted, the content and format of the websites are the property of Maximus. Any trademarks used or referred to in the websites are the property of their respective owners.

Client users (e.g. HR or line manager referring an employee): you represent that you will ensure that, when you have downloaded information from the portal made available to you, you will only share it with anyone who has a need to see that information and you must not modify the material in any way and keep intact all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices.
20. Maximus may make modifications, improvements, corrections and/or changes to this website and these Terms of Use at any time with reasonable notice. It is your responsibility to refer to the Terms whenever you access the website. Every time you access the website you agree to be bound by the Terms as varied or amended from time to time.
21. Maximus’ failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Italy, and you agree that any dispute between you and Maximus regarding them or the website, will be dealt with only by the Italian Courts, provided that the applicable law of the Republic of Italy will govern and any dispute will be dealt with only by the courts there. Nothing shall prevent Maximus from bringing proceedings to protect our intellectual property rights before any competent court.
22. These Terms of Use have been written in English and translated into Swedish. The Swedish version of this Agreement shall apply to all matters related to these Terms of Use.
