    • Caloundra South Priority Development Area - Aura

      Aura, formally known as Caloundra South, is the largest residential development project in Australia at this time and when completed, will provide approximately 20,000 dwellings for around 50,000 people.

    • Palmview - Harmony

      Palmview is a A$4 billion master-planned community to be completed over the next 20 years, which will bring more than 360 hectares of well located, developable land to market.

    • Bokarina Beach Project

      The A$174 million Bokarina Beach project is a beachside community and mixed-use development located on the eastern side of the Nicklin Way at Bokarina, approximately 1km from the Sunshine Coast Health Precinct.

    • Sippy Downs Precinct

      The Sippy Downs precinct, located near the junction of two major highways - the Bruce Highway and Sunshine Motorway - is a master-planned university town designed to include a town centre and business and technology park

    • Caloundra Central Business District Revitalisation

      Caloundra - an attractive, seaside town located on the Pumicestone Passage and Bulcock Beach - is embarking on a long-term master plan and significant streetscaping to build future opportunities for business and tourism.
