The future of geospatial intelligence

Technology in the Geospatial Intelligence sector is being used in business and industry all over the world. The sector is gaining traction – and it’s growing.

According to recent Geospatial Council of Australia research, the geospatial intelligence sector will deliver $689 billion economic impact to Australia over the next 10 years.

A wide range of industries are expected to benefit including mining; communications; transport and logistics; wholesale and retail; infrastructure; design and construction; finance and insurance; agriculture and fisheries and property and real estate; plus many more!

You are invited to attend Sunshine Coast Council’s Geospatial Intelligence IRL *In Real Life event, where industry leaders will discuss the far-reaching application of geospatial intelligence in business.

Part of Council’s Testing Tech in Paradise series, this event will bring together business and industry professionals for insightful discussions.

In running this event, Sunshine Coast Council aims to:

    Submit an application telling us about your challenge or problem you want to solve, objectives, success vision and resources you need (in confidence).

    Have your application assessed in accordance with the Sunshine Coast International Program Cable Network Leverage Program – Guidelines.
  • 4.
    If eligible, get access to Sunshine Coast Council’s infrastructure networks via the Smart City Framework team to test and trial your tech*.
  • 5.
    Enjoy the diverse lifestyle offerings one of the ‘most loved destinations in the World’** has to offer.
